MoveableType is a blogging platform, in existence for many years in different incarnations. There is an Open Source as well as a free, entry level Blogger version. More complex implementations, meant for an enterprise, are licensed for a fee, supporting hundreds of bloggers. Like Drupal, MT has a rich community of developers that have created modules and can be themed as well.
